Many professionals in other fields are well-scripted. Professional athlete  often have the first 15 to 20 plays of the game planned. They know exactly which plays they will run. They evaluate how the plays work and continue to use the best ones for the following week.So must the real estate investors do. There are others well-scripts professionals such as attorneys, many use the same argument that worked on one case and if it work they will use it on their next case, surgeons, pilots who take off and land their plane the same way every time. Real estate Investors need to be at the same level of professionalism, and have expert knowledge of a script.

Real Estate Investors must be skill at the delivery of the information they need to provide to sellers and buyers. He or she  must learn to develop and deliver scripts with effectiveness. There are scripts for any occasion. Let’s consider a few for example. 1 Prospecting Scripts,  2. Sellers scripts 3. Buyers scripts, Etc.  Different scripts will not change nor will the basic question,  problems  objections and solutions. Once the real estate investor learn to effective cover these areas, he will be unstoppable. Learning all the objections of the sellers and buyers and delivering your response to the objection well, the Investor will be rewarded. Practice them regularly and make modifications as needed. The different between the successful real estate investor and the unsuccessful investor is skill and delivery. Successful Real Estate Investors have perfected their delivery of words. They know how to overcome objections. Successful Real Estate Investors are well scripted; you cannot tell they are speaking from a script.
